We offer flexible appointment scheduling, same-day availability for urgent needs, and timely follow-ups so you don’t feel like just a number. Our staff is respectful of your time and committed to efficient, meaningful visits.

How to Schedule
Appointments can be scheduled by calling (517) 784-9189. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can book appointments for:
- Routine wellness visits
- Chronic condition check-ins
- Women’s health services
- Pediatric care and immunizations
- Sick visits or urgent symptoms
- Medication reviews
- Lab result reviews and follow-ups
Before Your Visit
If any special preparation is required (such as fasting), we’ll let you know. Be sure to bring your ID, insurance, and updated medication list.
If you’re coming in for a specific concern, write down your symptoms and questions to discuss with your provider.
During Your Appointment
Every appointment begins with a quick check of your vital signs and medical history. Then you’ll meet with your provider, who will review your concerns, conduct an exam, and discuss treatment or next steps. If needed, labs, imaging, prescriptions, or referrals will be arranged before you leave.
After Your Visit
We follow up with test results, coordinate with specialists, and remain available to answer your questions. Your provider may schedule your next visit or call with any updates as needed.
Rescheduling and Missed Visits
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting. Missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to schedule future visits during peak times.
After-Hours Care
We have an on-call provider available after hours. Just call our main line and follow the prompts to be connected. For serious or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Non-urgent messages can be left as a voicemail, and our team will follow up during regular office hours.
