Dr. Matt T. Rosenberg

Dr. Stephen Arntz
Dr. Stephen Arntz is a Family Medicine specialist based in Jackson, MI. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1995 and completed his residency at Corewell Health East Beaumont. His undergraduate degree in Biology, with Phi Beta Kappa honors, was earned at Albion College. Dr. Arntz has been a partner at Mid-Michigan Health Centers since 2010 and previously served as an attending physician at the Centre For Family Medicine and on the clinical staff at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He specializes in chronic disease management and ambulatory care. His work has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance through their Physician Practice Connections and Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition Programs from 2012 to 2015.
Dr. Channing Smith
Channing Smith is a Family Medicine physician. He received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He has expertise in treating hypertension & high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, diabetes, among other conditions.
